At Metal Material Direct, we have the ability to go beyond the materials of your build. We provide in-house architects and engineers, creating a smooth transition from idea to reality. This allows you to streamline your build and cut down on unnecessary errors.
Whether you have years of experience, or you need our help producing a site plan, the engineers, designers, and detailers at Metal Material Direct work for you. While they will offer creative solutions to achieve your desired build, the final decision on wall finishes, trims, and all the details is yours.
Your steel building will be around for decades – so it’s important that it’s done right the first time. At Metal Material Direct, we won’t rush you or your delivery. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with the process, as well as the end result.
Design
After the purchase of your building, we promptly initiate the design and engineering process. Our in-house team of engineers allows us to expedite the delivery of your approval drawings, minimizing wait time. These drawings are presented to you for your approval, or to accommodate any requested modifications.
Engineering
Once you have provided your approval, our team immediately proceeds with the creation of your construction set of drawings. These drawings undergo a rigorous wet-sealing process by our state-certified engineers. Obtaining these sealed drawings is important to initiate the permit process, and you can rest assured that with our highly trained engineering team, your drawings will meet or exceed local codes and permits.
Manufacturing
Along with the drawings, you will also receive a release for you to sign. Once you've signed the release, the exciting phase begins! Your steel building starts to come to life in the fabrication facility, taking physical shape. At the same time, we’ll begin discussing the timing and logistics of delivering your long-awaited steel building.
Delivery
Upon receiving the building, our commitment to your satisfaction does not end. Throughout the erection process, if you encounter any inquiries, require guidance, or seek reassurance regarding the construction and installation, we are readily available to assist you. You are not merely a customer to us, you are a valued partner throughout the lifespan of your building.
